do you use a machine?

nope! i hand embroider each item making every single piece just a little bit different. 

can you embroider on an item i already own?

at this time, i am no longer stitching on personal items. if you have a specific product you would like to me to stitch on, i can place the order for you. 

do you accept returns?

due to the custom nature of my business, i do not accept returns or refunds. if you have an issue with your item or would like to share feedback, please message me directly.

can you make a custom order?

absolutely! please message me to discuss what you're looking for and together we can come up with a plan. 

do you ship internationally?

at this time, shipping is only available in the united states. 

can i shop in person?
